Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy and visual assets.
Support A/B testing initiatives to improve ad performance.
Help manage budgets and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend.
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
Assist in preparing presentations and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms is a plus.
Basic understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) based on implementation objectives.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with analytics tools is a bonus.
Preferred Skills:
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (optional).
Experience with editing tools such as Photoshop
Ability to work independently and collaboratively and as part of a team.
Working Hours
Available to work up to 40 hours per week.
Willing to work during European time zone hours, between 9AM - 5PM CET Time.
