Duties and Responsibilities
1. Content Creation and Optimize Lead Generation:
Design and execute engaging and targeted content across multiple channels to attract and convert high-quality leads.
Leverage email marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing to drive lead-generation efforts.
Develop compelling blog topics, case studies, and webinar content, and manage social media posts to support lead generation.
Enhance brand awareness and reputation in the market.
Optimize content for search engines and analyze web analytics to assess the effectiveness of online marketing efforts.
2. Marketing Automation and CRM Management:
Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and track leads, campaigns, and customer interactions.
Work closely with the sales team to align on lead qualification criteria and handoff processes.
3. Market and Industry Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
Identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
Continuously monitor the latest trends, tools, and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide regular reports and insights to optimize campaign performance and improve marketing strategies, increasing website traffic and conversion rates.
5. Event Planning and Execution:
Work closely with sales, design, and development teams in creating marketing activities.
Plan and execute marketing events, including webinars and workshops, to generate leads and showcase Cody Web Development's expertise.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand generation, preferably in the tech industry or web development sector.
3. Proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive high-quality leads and conversions.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Proficiency in using demand generation and marketing automation tools.
6. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
7. Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and a solid understanding of lead management processes.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 
Salary range: P30,000-P50,000
Work Arrangement: Full Time Hybrid Set-Up
Work schedule: fixed schedule, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Mondays to Fridays/overtime, weekend, and holiday work only as required)
