REMOTE GROWTH MARKETING SPECIALIST (HubSpot & CRM)
 
About the Role:
 
Daily support in execution of growth and customer marketing campaigns.
 
This role will work directly with the SVP of Revenue to execute on the vision for growth marketing and customer marketing.
 
Must Have Qualifications
 
HubSpot Platform Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with HubSpot's Marketing Hub - including email campaign building, workflow automation, landing page creation, list segmentation, and CRM data management.
HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Content Marketing, or Inbound) are a strong plus.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
Ability to write clear, compelling, on-brand content across formats - blog posts, email campaigns, social media copy, and landing pages.
Strong grasp of tone, grammar, and adapting messaging for different audiences and funnel stages.
Analytical Mindset & Reporting:
Comfort with pulling and interpreting HubSpot reports and dashboards - tracking email open/click rates, lead conversion, campaign ROI, and website traffic.
Ability to draw actionable insights and communicate results to stakeholders.
Project & Campaign Execution:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - from briefing through launch.
Experience with project management tools (Notion) and an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
SEO & Content Strategy Fundamentals:
Working knowledge of on-page SEO best practices, keyword research, and content calendaring.
Ability to write with search intent in mind and use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot's own SEO tools to optimize performance.
WordPress Design & Proficiency:
Ability to build, update, and maintain WordPress sites - including working with themes, page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar), plugins, and basic formatting.
Comfort with publishing and managing content directly in WordPress without developer support.
Responsibilities:
Daily support in execution of growth and customer marketing campaigns.

Pull and interpret HubSpot reports and dashboards (tracking open/click rates, lead conversion, ROI, and traffic).
Use project management tools (Notion) to meet deadlines.
