What you'll do:
Talk to customers via chat, email, and phone
Respond to chat instantly and keep conversations flowing
Solve problems fast (and make it look easy)
Recommend products, upgrades, or plans that actually fit
Turn "just asking" into "let's do this"
Understand what customers really need
Share insights to help us improve the product and experience
You'll crush this if:
You've done support + a bit of sales (upselling counts ?)
You know how to explain value, not just features
You've used CRM or support tools before (especially GoHighLevel)
