PRICING SPECIALIST
 
Job Summary
 
The Pricing Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and recommending pricing strategies to the pricing committee to maximize profitability and competitiveness. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure pricing models align with market conditions, business objectives, and customer needs.
 
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to recommend optimal pricing structures.
Prepare pricing proposals and supporting analysis
Maintain and update pricing databases, price lists, and other related documentation.
Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to evaluate pricing proposals and ensure profitability targets are met.
Conduct profitability analysis, margin analysis, and pricing performance reviews.
Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management.
Monitor and analyze the impact of price changes on sales volume and revenue.
Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and cost reduction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferably with experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset in decision-making
Attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good communication and collaboration skills.
