We have a vacancy for a Customer Care Representative who will work in a team environment to support new and existing customers and to provide timely, accurate and friendly service. You are required to perform the following duties:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and chat both internally and externally
Utilise our internal systems to provide a high level of Customer Service
Provide solutions to customer needs and queries through coordination and action of incoming inquiries and daily workflow
Meet required service levels, ensure correct procedures are followed for all tasks and comply with company timeframes
Liaise with external service providers as required
Take ownership of customer queries and ensure they are entirely resolved
Complete required tracking of information for record keeping purposes
Generate interest from potential customers and communicate the benefits of using Alltel products in comparison to other providers
Any reasonable ad hoc tasks at the request of the management team
You are required to demonstrate the following attributes:

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Required language(s): English
Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Microsoft Office applications, and comfort around using a variety of systems
Experience with web-based applications
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in high-volume, fast-paced environment,
Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
The ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a Customer Support related field is required for this position
Prior experience with billing related tasks and activities will be highly regarded
