Duties and Responsibilities:
• Input data from menu into the system
• Do over the phone follow up
• Provide administration support to client
• Achieve timeliness and accuracy in work output of department
• Work in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service / Administration position
• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry would be an advantage
• Good administration skills
• Advanced keyboard skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Ability to adapt to new systems and tools
• High attention to details
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Self-motivated and strong sense of accountability
• Passionate, self-motivated and strong sense of accountability to take on new training and proactive approach to their role
