This role involves doing inbound and outbound calls for a home care company based in Australia.
So what personal qualities and experience are we searching for?
Previous experience in customer service doing inbound/outbound calls, phone sales, face-to-face customer service or similar required, BONUS if you have lots of experience chatting with Aussies!
Be able to get excited on the phone with a bubbly and likable personality
Excellent verbal communication
Highly Conversational!
Computer literate with an above-average typing speed
Ability to calm irate, anxious, or grieving customers.
Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow systems and procedures
Strong work ethic and time management skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
The ability to work independently
