We are Magic, a 24/7 personal assistant service. We are based out of San Francisco, California, with a headquarters in Manila.
We are looking for proactive and customer service oriented people for our full-time and part-time customer support positions. If you are someone who is comfortable with working on a computer, interacting with customers, and has excellent attention to detail, then you may be a great fit.You will be working with teams and individuals and will be handling a variety of customer support tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
Basic requirements:
Proficiency in written and verbal English
Modern desktop or laptop computer
High speed, reliable internet (5mbps or faster)
Headset for video calls
Ability to work and take phone calls in a quiet environment
Specialized requirements:
At least 1 year of customer support experience (voice or non-voice)
Technical proficiency (GSuite, Microsoft Office, CRM)
