Company Profile: This Company is a financial service company designed to support online banking and e-money service for Filipino people. It develops tools for virtual currency to increase community convenience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder
With Customer Service experience should not be limited to the following: Credit Card outbound/inbound, Credit Card Fraud, e-wallet customer service, bills payment/remittance services, Tele sales, offering products and/or upselling.
Willing to work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
Take calls, chats, emails and response to the end user in resolving product or service.
Handle customer complaints
Ensure that new processes and procedures are implemented.
Communicate with other departments appropriately.
Willing to perform stretch assignments depending on the business need.
