JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Support Specialist coordinates with counterpart Departments with regards to timely resolution of client complaints and concerns.
Reports directly to Customer Support Supervisor.
Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service inquiries.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport.
To document, coordinate and endorse all request or complaints to relevant department as needed.
Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Ensures cleanliness and good housekeeping are observe in the area.
Prepare reports as required by department hear or superior.
Reports any deviation or untoward incidents to superior immediately.
Mastery of CRD processes in handling customer complaints, inquiries and other concerns.
Coordinates directly with concerned Department for a timely and immediate resolution of customer complaints, inquiries and concerns.
Calling and giving assistance to New Franchisees and online clients.
Keep records of customer interactions, process custom accounts and maintain customer listings.
To document, coordinate and endorse all request or complaints to relevant department as needed.
Will be handling outbound calls including but not limited to updating franchisees and clients about schedules and status of concerns.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's / College Degree, Marketing Management, Mass Communication, Business Studies/Administration, or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word Excel, PPT). Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Customer Oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Proven customer support experience.
Attentiveness or the ability to really listen to customers.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Working schedule from Mondays-Saturday, 830am-530pm
