Job Customer
BUNCH is looking for an empathetic, passionately communicative and outgoing Customer Support Specialist to join our technology team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you should be an exceptional 'people person' with great customer service skills.
What makes you qualified?
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or equivalent role, communicating with international clients through chat channel
Outstanding written communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
Ability to work shifting schedules as required
What will make you stand out?
Familiarity with the blockchain industry
Working knowledge of Zendesk
