We are urgently looking for home-based Customer Support Representatives who will be working for a US-based client that engages in field service management and scheduling software. Job entails chat handling, inbound and outbound calls.
Requirements:
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Exceptional rapport building skills
• Tech-savvy, team player and can work well under minimum supervision
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous BPO/ Call Center experience with Accounts and/or Tech Support background is a PLUS
• Applicants must have own computer equipment setup and reliable internet connection at home.
Notes:
Monthly Basic Salary (Gross) : P22,000.00
Night differential pay for hours worked between 10PM - 6AM (Manila time)
100% Holiday Pay for days worked during Philippine declared holidays
Salary Reviews, Performance Incentives and other perks await qualified candidates
13th month pay, HMO and paid leave credits upon regularization of employment
