Job Description:What you'll do:As a Customer Support Representative, you will be supporting people in the US and assisting them in managing pharmacy prescription benefits.Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in managing prescription benefits, handling processing issues, and acquiring savings cards
Assisting clients in understanding their target copay and available pharmacy discount programs
Guiding customers through the process of using savings cards at pharmacies to check for potential discounts
Working closely with pharmacists to reverse claims and process overrides as needed
Educating customers about available services, benefits, and procedures to ensure they can maximize their care experience
Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions quickly and effectively
Escalating complex issues to senior staff or other departments as needed
What youll need:
Associate's/Bachelors Degree an advantage, but not required
At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Representative
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
Professional, courteous, and responsive customer service and phone skills
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Detail-oriented
Multi-tasking skills
Willing to work on-site
