Position Title: Customer Support Leader (1)
Main Job tasks:
Leads and Supervises customer service representatives into creating good and active relationship with customer(s) for Jewelry live selling business, where it shall involve creation of Facebook Advertisement page via client invitation, Ad post and providing comments in Facebook;
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate and spearhead the creation different fb accounts;
Facilitate and supervise registration of all fb accounts created in the drive;
Must create 3 accounts in fb daily where accounts must have the ff (Proper name(s), with proper profile pictures and an active status daily);
Daily responsibilities:
Accounts must: Add friends in fb (friends to be added are from a competing company/business;
Using the newly created FB accounts each must add 3 friends daily (as minimum requirement - daily "friend add" must be recorded and monitored);
Must create daily post(s) about products;
Main account must be shared daily by all the FB created accounts;
Accounts must add at least 5 buy and sell FB groups or pages daily;
When joining groups must share our page in the group(s) right away;
Consistently share our page to the all the groups you have joined;
Through the FB accounts must post a comment and content must be 'our business page'
Reply to posts made by giving a comment and content is: our business page;
Using FB page, send personal message to possible customers and provide invitation to like, follow and share our page, (customer's may be from our competitor's page;
Must anticipate bad comments and ensure to hide it immediately;
Main page (LIVE), during live sessions you are required to:
Prepare the created accounts (accounts must be logged-in) as buyers and must comment (mine);
Must share 'Live video' to all groups added and caption it as: "Jewelry Factory Price Sale Live Happening Now!!! Join us to get the most affordable jewelries in the world with varieties to select from.
After the 'live' video, customers assigned to you should be provided invoice(s) which you will create (upon work engagement training in invoice creation will be provided by company);
Create, send invoice and make payment follow-up to customers;
Customer inquiries or complaints must be addressed and resolved immediately;
In relation to item shipping (representative must provide shipping tracking number to customers when item is shipped);
Educational Background:
College graduate of any course related to customer service
Experience required:
2 years' experience required in customer service
Salary will begin at 15,000.00 - 20,000.00
*We are looking for members who can begin right away.
