Job Description
MService CVoice (Customer Voice) Service has been setup for receiving calls from
customers for different needs (Service, Parts, Service and other enquiries)
Toll-Free No will be published to customers
When a customer request is logged, System auto-allocates service jobs and sends
out an email for other tickets
All completed service jobs are picked by Cvoice agent and call the customer for
feedback
Call categories supported are Service, Parts, New Equipment Sales and Others (for
other queries)

Location: Alabang and can be for Temporary Work from Home
Time: 8AM -5PM PH Time
Must have a good internet connection at home
