As the Manager of Customer Support, you are responsible for ensuring Realtair customers' satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining quality relations with clients.
The ideal candidate will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction, supervise the daily operations of the customer service team, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth and improvement.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the customer service team and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Develop and implement a customer experience that creates engaged customers.
Mentor and provide guidance to the customer service team; nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Provide feedback on the customer service individual and team's performance and report on individual and team productivity.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.
Maintain accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available to the team for the delivery of outstanding customer service.
Keep ahead of industry development and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal and external teams.
Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least two (2) years of work experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or Manager;
Experience in providing high quality customer service support;
Experience and knowledge of management methods and techniques;
Proficient in verbal and written English;
Working knowledge of ticket triage and ticketing systems (preferably Freshdesk);
Awareness of the industry's latest technology, trends, and applications;
Ability to think strategically, troubleshoot, and multi-task;
Experience in the use of social media platforms;
Must be comfortable with the English language and the ability to communicate well;
Willing to work in Makati following Australian time & holidays.
