Requirements
At least 6 months of BPO experience
Experience handling a healthcare account is a PLUS
Good verbal and written English skills
Proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
Willing to work night shifts
