Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communication with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
To know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Personal Specification
Fluent in Spanish and English both verbal and written.
Experience as Customer Support in any BPO industry is highly considered.
Average to vast knowledge in the music industry is preferred.
Has a keen attention to detail.
Has great taste in music.
With a working laptop and home internet. (Work from home set-up is temporary)
Preferably with Working Visa / Have permanent residence in the Philippines
