Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, emphatic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Know our products inside and out to answer questions.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Provide customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Personal Specification
Fluent in Portuguese and English both verbally and written.
Experience as Customer Support in a BPO industry is highly considered.
Average to vast knowledge in the music industry is preferred.
A keen attention to detail is a must.
Has great taste in music.
With a working laptop and home internet. (Work From Home Set-Up is Temporary)
Preferably with Working Visa / Have permanent residence in the Philippines
