Job Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
Senior High School Graduates are welcome to apply
With at least 1 year of Telco experience (Required)
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Must be Willing to Work Onsite (WOSA)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, chats, or emails related to telecom products and services.
Assist with billing concerns, account updates, and plan inquiries.
Troubleshoot basic connectivity or service issues.
Promote upgrades and new telecom offerings when applicable.
Accurately log all customer interactions in the system.
Deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Up to PHP 28,000/month
