We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will be playing a crucial role in managing our customers' lifecycle and ensure that our customers are kept happy with the services and solutions we deliver. As a customer success specialist, you will be working with our sales team, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and realizing opportunities for further business growth.
‌Job Descriptions:
Maintain active and positive relations with customers, partners, suppliers that may be assigned;
Develop, conduct and implement periodic customer satisfaction surveys
Develop, maintain communication templates of responses for customer issues and concerns that need to be addressed
Maintain Up-to-date monitoring of customer helpdesk for any assistance/response needed to be issued
Regular coordination with technical helpdesk for any unresolved issues/concern
Reporting of major issues needing immediate actions to the Sales Support Group Head for escalation to PMO, Technical Services/Consulting
Provide assistance in the coordination meeting of SSG with Sales, PMO and Technical Services/Consulting for efficient and effective management and resolution of issues
Coordinate with PMO and Technical Services/Consulting for project status and updates
Monitor and conduct quality /Time check on project implementation (project monitoring)
Support in gathering, consolidating, checking for compliance and completeness and putting in final submission format all technical documents/requirements in support of request for payment for approval of SSG Head
Monitor and Coordinate status of request for payment with customers (end-users) as to acceptance of documentary submission and completeness of requirements, revise and/or provide additional documents, as needed
Handle/assist in special projects/activities that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent
Ideally at least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales, account management, or customer success role
Experience working in the IT industry is a plus
Experience working with enterprise and government accounts is a plus
Has a customer-first mindset and an advocate of excellent customer experience
