We are looking for a candidate who is willing to grow professionally and join our NEW business sector (BPO/Call Center) as a first member. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys challenges rather than someone who is comfortable following simple instructions.
Job Descriptions:
Act as a direct assistant for General Manager with various types of tasks as necessary
Find leads online to establish a CRM and sell our services via emails and phone calls (Commission is provided)
Create marketing materials such as social media posts
Provide excellent customer service virtually to the clients
Other tasks involving support in joining team members
Responsibilities:
Communicate closely with General Manager to plan and execute
Come up with own methods to complete tasks
Provide full reports of the progress and concerns to your supervisor
Necessary Skills:
Reliable
Responsible
Able to work independently under minimal supervision
Proactive
Multi-tasking
Problem solving
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service or sales on the phone
Proficient computer skills
Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Monthly Salary:
20,000 - 25,000 PHP plus commission for sales
Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (1 hour lunch break
Saturday (if possible)
Fully remote (until Covid-19 settles down)
