Overview
A Customer Success Manager delivers exceptional customer service for clients to be able to find more value in the services that Deer Designer is providing.
Responsibilities
Educate clients on the company's services and special offers.
Onboard and train new clients.
Drive retention and growth by thoroughly understanding the clients' business needs and having the desire to see them succeed.
Proactively communicate with clients via video/voice calls and email to help them understand the current best practices, and update them whenever there is a new service feature they should be aware of.
Conduct demos and webinars for prospects and clients to address queries when needed.
Write recommendations to prospects/clients addressing any questions and issues raised during meetings.
Support renewal, upsell, or any expansion opportunities.
Preempt and resolve potential service issues for client retention
Liaise with Account Managers and Designers to understand the client's style and needs and propose design campaigns (e.g. Easter, Mother's Day)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience and strong acumen in client-facing customer success, or customer experience role in Cloud, SaaS, Digital Services industries.
Experience in customer success.
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presenting ideas to executive decision-makers.
Proactive, engaging, friendly.
Benefits
Pay: PHP30,000 to PHP35,000
Location: Home-based (Philippines) - Work from home, co-working space, beach, wherever you'd like as long as you have a laptop and good internet connection.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h/day, 1pm to 10pm PH time, with core hours being 6pm to 10pm (PH time).
Designer Referral: $100 for each web/graphic designer you refer that joins and stays with us.
Paid Time-Off: 15 days of paid leave + 10 unpaid days + 2 sick days paid (after 6 months of tenure).
Bonuses: Christmas bonus, performance-based increase/bonus, and career progression.
