Onboard new customers
Manage incoming calls and emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails
Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
Respond to questions, concerns, and feedback in a positive, concise, and empathetic manner.
Maintain communication with our customers to ensure success and identify hindrances early.
Work cross-functionally with multiple Linkage Web Solutions - Murphy Consulting teams
Provide business, and product knowledge and develop/execute effective success plans to drive customer outcomes
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Be an advocate to our customers - identifying the key factors for Customer Success
Proactively reach out to customers to increase engagement
Job Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of customer support experience - Phone, E-mail, Chat Support Experience
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks but still have the ability to prioritize
Must have excellent English skills since clients are mostly in the U.S.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
Must be resourceful, well- organized, and thorough planning skills
Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
Willing to work in a NIGH SHIFT schedule (our clients are in the U.S.)
Must have a fast working computer and headset.
Must have a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
