About Your Client: Your client is a U.S. professional training group that provides research-based assessment, development, coaching, and consulting services for leaders. They work with global partners across 4 continents, providing data, insights, and frameworks that are changing the face of leadership.
What You Will Do:
Support Customer Success Managers in the management of large-scale strategic accounts with complex projects (eg, global and/or multiple-project and multiple-resource accounts).
Provide written and organizational support on client-facing deliverables and tracking of projects.
Support Customer Success Manager in tracking and monitoring delivery timeline and deliverables and communicating those clearly and promptly to the client and internal partners.
Assist with the creation of collateral and writing custom communications to multiple audiences to enhance the participant experience and promote organizational engagement.
Partner with Creative and Operations teams to edit participant materials and manage production and shipping of content for each classroom session.
Provide exceptional client service as a point of contact for training engagements
Support in the overall logistics, assessment timeline tracking, notes support, scheduling, Salesforce operations, and tracking of back-end processes
Skills and Qualifications:
Must at least have a college degree.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in learning design and delivery, consulting, education, client services, or program management.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Strong conceptual thinking skills with great attention to detail.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail; past editing or content creation experience would be ideal.
Strong service ethic when interacting with internal and external clients; ability to work well within a team.
Commitment to continuous process improvement and innovation.
Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to make quick adjustments to meet team and business needs.
Demonstrated maturity and poise under pressure.
Willingness to take on additional responsibility as needed to ensure achievement of group goals and exceptional service to our clients.
Must be flexible with shift schedule.
Well-versed in using Salesforce.
