Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support to the cleaning contractors
- Provide customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat support
- Receive and create cleaning appointment bookings from clients
- Manage client booking schedules
- Dispatch jobs to cleaning contractors
- Send communications to clients and cleaning contractors
- Support the Operations Director
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks
- Receive inbound calls from potential new customers
- Complete basic daily tasks such as charge cards, send SMS, and send schedules
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' Customer Service experience
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a team
- High-level interpersonal skills
