What you'll do
We need you to help us deliver and develop a world beating support experience.
Uploading and editing spreadsheet to generate labels for clients
Following up on deliveries - keeping track of anything that is in a troubled state
Responding to customers' queries
Taking client phone calls where appropriate
Ideate and improve processes and documentation to create an incredible customer experience
Requirements
A high level of attention to detail and persistency
Very comfortable with technology and digitally savvy - Excel skills are a bonus
The incessant desire to find a better way to do things - process improvement, QA and Six Sigma experience would be a great bonus
Excellent written and spoken English
Sound judgement and ability to make decisions on the fly
Genuine desire to deliver the highest possible level of customer service to our valued clients
