JOB POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT: CUSTOMER SERVICE
RANK: SUPERVISORY
REPORTING TO: CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER/OD Manager
Responsibilities
Takes ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
Supervise and evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes.
Analyze statistics, provide analysis and compile accurate reports.
Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Overall supervision of the Customer Service Team
Qualifications
-With at least 2 years' experience in similar role
-Proficient and well-versed with Microsoft Excel and preferably with other business intelligence tools
-Organized, detail oriented and work well under pressure with tight timelines
-A firm grasp of modern technology and e-commerce tools would be great for this role
-Excellent in Analytical Skills
