What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of a Customer Service Specialist for a healthcare client based in AU. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience through the provision of specialist level customer service.
We are looking for someone who can manage self well in difficult or complex situations, and who is professional and courteous in verbal and written communication.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Attend to overflow order processing
Respond to / solve inbound customer tickets and/or emails
Manage live chat enquiries
Respond to request a call back enquiries
Consider cancellation tasks
Participate in proactive customer campaigns i.e. surveys, new product launches etc.
Communicate with pharmacies on queries or issues as required
About You:
Core qualifications:
2+ years experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent IT/computer skills
Is solutions focused and proactive
Manages self well in difficult or complex situations
Professional and courteous verbal and written communication
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and a fast learner
High level of empathy, professionalism and confidentiality
Able to provide a premium patient experience at all times
