Customer Service Representatives - travelM2MJ Human Resources Consulting
Job Requirements:
• With more than 3 years call center experience handling Travel Account (inclusive of 1 year of GDS
SABRE experience) or at least 3 years of solid Sabre GDS in other industries such as Aviation, Travel
Agencies, etc.
• Knowledge of fares, airlines contracts, rules and regulations and ticketing.
• Manual fare computation knowledge.
• Knowledge of ticketing procedures for Airlines, Hotels and Ground Transportation.
• Must be amenable to work onsite.
• Good communication and computer navigation skills.
• Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends.
• Willing to start immediately.
