Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and giving step by step instructions for basic issues
Process request for account activation, upgrade, renewal of subscription, sending and clarifying of details in the billing statements
High school graduate or Senior high school graduate
With or without experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous technical background is also a plus
Above average English communication skills
Typing speed of 25 to 30wpm
Amenable to shifting schedules including Night Shifts
Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro
