Job CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attends to customer order, inquiry, and complaints
Prepares complaint report
Maintain and keep record of franchise transactions
Filing of documents related to deliveries
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Preferably with work experience in BPO Industry for at least 1 year
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan
