CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat. Assist customers in making reservations and bookings.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed. Follow up with customers and address post-travel concerns to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs and enhance the overall travel experience.
Qualifications:
Preferably with college degree, but we accept high school graduates.
Required minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO Customer Service Role.
Experience in Travel Industry Customer Service is a plus.
Willing to work on site and on shifting schedule (mid-shift, night-shift and weekends).
Excellent Communication Skills.
