The selected applicant will undergo two weeks of training at the GERTC office, after which the position may transition to a work-from-home setup. However, the CSR must be available to report to the office when needed for meetings, trainings, or special tasks.
 
Applicants must be fluent in English, Bisaya, and Tagalog, have strong written communication skills, and be comfortable managing online messages and inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and able to communicate clearly with different types of students and clients.
