Role: Customer Service RepresentativeWe are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Qualifications:
Preferably minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
No prior experience required - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated patience and empathy in customer interactions
Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Provide accurate product information and basic technical support
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
