Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages.
Assist customers in making reservations and bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their travel arrangements are satisfactory and address any post-travel feedback or concerns.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs and enhance the overall travel experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in a BPO Customer Service Role is REQUIRED.
Specific proven experience in Travel Industry Customer Service is a PLUS.
Excellent Communication Skills.
