Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months BPO experience
Willing to work onsite at our Bacolod site
Open to night shift schedules
Available to start immediately
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with orders, billing concerns, technical issues, or account inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.
Document customer interactions and update records in the system accurately.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Uphold a positive, courteous, and professional attitude in every interaction.
Contribute feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
