You'll assist customers with reservations, rental support, and general enquiries to ensure a seamless rental experience.Key Responsibilities:
Handle new bookings, modifications, and customer queries with a customer-first approach
Support customers with vehicle information, upgrades, disruptions, and policy guidance
Process payments and accurately update reservation systems
Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary and aiming for first contact resolution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicles, locations, products, and promotions
Assist other business areas such as depots and head office when required
Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation
Requirements:What You'll Need to SucceedEssential:
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
Experience in vehicle rental, contact centers, or tourism
Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and booking systems
Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability
Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
Energetic, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
Works well independently and as part of a team
Understands relevant legislation and company policies
