Key Responsibilities:
Provide pre-sale assistance through chat tools-explain products, promotions, and usage.
Track and update order status, solving customer concerns in real-time.
Handle returns, complaints, and after-sales issues with care and professionalism.
Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service and products.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and typing skills (≥60 wpm).
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
