JOB DESCRIPTION
Answers phone calls in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer’s issues at first contact where possible.
Provides excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls by keeping up to date on training and internal communications
Owns and resolves issues and understands how and when to escalate
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have at least a Highschool Diploma
With at least 1 year of customer service/ BPO experience
Excellent English communication skills
Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (office is located in Quezon City)
