CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promptly and professionally addressing complaints. You will be screened, validated, and trained so that you can grow your career with us!
 
We are looking for motivated individuals with:
At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level
College undergrads and graduates are encouraged to apply!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Knowledgeable of basic computer processes
Filipino citizen or holding a relevant residence status
Willing to work on-site
Willing to start immediately
What will you do?
Receive and answer inbound calls
Handle customer issues and concerns
Respond to customer inquiries
Process payments and returns (case to case basis)
