provide information as necessitated by the clients
attends to queries and complaints on organization’s products or services
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least High school graduate
Possess good command of the English language
With or without BPO experience; Willing to undergo training
Has positive attitude, strong work ethics and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Amenable to work on night shift schedule
Call center experience a plus
Willing to work in Cainta Rizal
Can start asap
