About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Representative team. In this role, you will be providing client service experience for small and medium business in the USA, UK and Australia.
Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound call support including making bookings, taking orders and answering general inquiries;
Respond to emails and Live Chats; and
Support the workload of other Shared Support Team during periods of low-work volume.
As you are servicing clients across different time zones, you must be willing to work on a rotational shift - morning, afternoon or night. The shift schedule is reset every 2-3 months or longer intervals to ensure that you maintain good health and work life balance.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Cebu City, Philippines.
Requirements
Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
Have at least 1 year of experience as sales or customer representative;
Excellent communication skills;
Experience in building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions;
Experience working in a BPO is preferred but not essential;
Must be goal oriented, driven and motivated to deliver results;
Must have the ability to focus while multitasking;
Must have a positive mindset; and
Must be tech savvy.
