Responsible to look after assigned customers to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and customer retention
Coordinates with NPD team to work around the development plan, artwork log sheet, and project development scheduling
Attains and monitors customer forecast and work with Purchasing Department to ensure sufficient raw materials and all necessary tools are available for initial production
Submit quotations and monitor invoices to be villed in a timely manner
Records all prices in the price list
Responsible to document, monitor accounts, and must be able to relay and coordinate with other departments should there be issues with customer specifications
Attends internal meetings to gather data and to maintain knowledge of production schedules and issues
Maintains harmony among employees and resolves grievances; communicates effectively with employees to relay messages, policies, practices, schedues, etc.
Initiates or suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work goals
