Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): computer literate, fluent in English, conversational
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
At least 25mbps stable internet speed & reliable computer equipment.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Generating new business by answering product and service questions fielded from online or telephone inquiries
Creating new orders by assisting Clients through the checkout process
Ensuring order assignment by identifying and addressing orders with limited or unresponsive Techs in the system
Proactively reaching out to Techs and Clients on potentially problematic orders to reduce complaints and demonstrate awareness of the situation by presenting coherent explanations and solutions
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the Client or Tech complaint by:
Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
