Responsibilities:
Handles customer contacts in a contact centre environment
Provides high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query at first contact where possible
Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution
Delivers what is promised in line with customer expectations
Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities
Job Qualifications
Qualification / Requirements:
• Senior HS, Fresher and College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills with no regional accent
• Customer centric
• Attention to details
• Computer Savy - MS office & Internet
• Handles contacts with our customers in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer and confidence
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Can work onsite at Cebu Business Park
