Basic Tasks:
Build and maintain customer relationship
Communicates with customers by email, phone and in person. Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Prepare customer orders for processing
Enters customer order into company system
Investigates and resolves customer problems
Overcomes technical and business objections of customers. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Provides product demos to qualified customers on request
Helps schedules delivery dates based on knowledge of company's production and client needs
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Guide all other Customer Service Representatives in the execution of assigned tasks and ensuring that their services are of maximum satisfaction to customers.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor's/Collage Degree in Marketing or equivalent
l Proven 1-2 years of experience in the related field
l Must have above average in: Analytical, Organization, Detail Oriented, Problem Solving, Planning, Follow-up, Project Management and Time Management
l Negotiating skills
l Good organization and multi-tasking skills
l Excellent Communication/Presentation skills and customer service skills
l Familiarity with Garment Industry standard equipment and technical expertise
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
l Tech-savvy
