Job Description
-1st level phone, email, chat support -Respond to and resolve customer requests and technical questions in a fast, efficient and friendly manner. -Ability to resolve problems with or without remote tools -Accurately documents tickets -Aware of customer's time restraints and work within those time limits -Keep users aware of resolution steps and update, providing end to end ownership of tickets -Understanding of SLA requirements for the client -Assist in cross-training and communicate quick fixes -Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels
Job Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
-Experience in a related field will be an advantage but not required
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
-Can speak (Fluently), write, read and understand FRENCH Language
