Job Responsibilities:
Address the concerns of the customer, resolve their problems, and provide the best solutions
Keep records of customer interactions and information
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Meet quotas/targets
Build rapport through open and interactive communication
Job Qualification:
Conversant in English, good with written communication
Computer literate
E-commerce experience is a PLUS
Lead generation/ data entry/ web research experience is a PLUS
Relevant working experience is a PLUS, but is not required
Quality focus
Good attention to detail
Time management skills
Willing to work in San Pablo City Laguna!
